Well, welcome to my "other" site. I decided
that Myspace was not the best place to put down an in-depth reflection of myself, so here it is: "GREENSPACEDOTCOM"
LOL... So that's what this page is. It's going to take me a while to get it the way that I want. Well actually
it will probably never be perfect, I am always finding better things to put up. But anyway, here we go...
Okay, here's what's going on as of late in my
life. My Wife and I are getting a Divorce... Can't say that it was what "I" wanted, but I do believe now
that it is for the best. I realize now that neither of us were truly happy during our marriage. Maybe we rushed
into things, were just too young, or maybe it just wasn't meant to be.
We met over the phone while I was in California
in school. We talked on the phone for like 2 months before we met one another in person. We knew each other for
a total of 6 months on the day we got married, 3 weeks of that we had actually been together. Yeah, I know we rushed
into it. Anyway, over the course of the following 6 1/2 years, it was just downhill the whole way. Me constantly
getting deployed half way around the world, money problems, typical problems associated with a "Military Family". Well,
recently I have come to realize that some things in life are more important than money. Truth be known I make fantastic
money in the Marine Corps, but that is not what is important. I am being totally unselfish by getting out of the
Corps. I am trading the money, and the "seeing the world" stuff for being at home "Bama" with my dear family and great
friends.
I do not enjoy being lonely, and thats the way
that I feel in the Corps. So I'm taking the leap of faith, and getting out. It truly is easier to stay in and
retire from the Military, unless you have been in and experienced it, you can not really understand where I am coming from
with that statement. I am getting back into college, and getting my degree in the Computer Field because that's what
I really enjoy doing, and that is the job that I will love going to every day.
Well that's enough for now, I will elaborate,
and add more later.
